IN STORE RETURN POLICY

We are happy to EXCHANGE any swimwear within 14 days of purchase. Swimwear that has been altered is a FINAL SALE. Garments must be unworn and tags remain attached, accompanied by your receipt. All other accessories and clothing are FINAL SALE.

 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY AND SHIPPING

Thank you for ordering from Zoë Bikini. If you have questions about your order, please contact us directly at zoe@zoebikini.com. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

 

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping and returns within the domestic United States on purchases over $150. Purchases less than $150 will be calculated at check out. Please review our Return Policy, we only offer store credit. If an exchange is needed, we offer free shipping both ways up to two times, any exchanges after that will be the the responsibility of the customer. 

 

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return/exchange policy. All returns must be sent back within 14 days from the day you receive the item. Items returned must be postmarked within the 14 day range or we have the right to refuse the return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are:

  • Shipped after the 14-day grace period
  • Not in the original, undamaged packaging
  • Worn
  • Altered
  • Washed
  • Damaged in any way.

All tags must be fully attached at the time of return.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS ARE REFUNDED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not offer refunds. A store credit will be issued if an exchange is not requested. Returns received more than 14 days after date of shipment will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

We do not refund original or return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express, which allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD.

The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. Zoë Bikini is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Zoë Bikini does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Zoë Bikini’s sole discretion.

While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances your item will be cancelled and we will notify you. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders within the domestic US will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders have a processing time of one to two business days if the merchandise is in stock. Orders will be shipped the next business day if order is placed by 6 PM PST. Orders placed after 6 PM PST may take up to two business days for order processing. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.
